Linux version...

There are some installation packages for Linux:

• Debian Linux distributions
• Ubuntu LTS Linux distributions
• Fedora distributions
• CentOS distributions
• RaspberryOS distributions

All packages you can download from the qStopMotion download site.

If you use an other distribution please build qStopMotion from the sources.

The package ffmpeg must be installed on Fedora and CentOS, to create a video from the single images. You can read the instructions on the FAQ page.

Windows version...

There are some installation packages of qStopMotion for Windows:

• 64 bit Windows Installer (.exe)
• 64 bit Windows Portable Application (.zip)

You can download the windows installer from the qStopMotion download site.
If you have installation rights you can use the installer to install qStopMotion. A group will be created in the start menu containing links to the applikation, the help file and the uninstallation.
If you have no installation rights, you can use qStopmotion as portable application. Unpack the zip package to any desitination folder on the hard disk and start the application with a double klick to qstopmotion.exe.
